When a business submits an intake request, we review their requirements and match them with one or two consultants from our network. Matching is based on three factors:
We prioritize consultants who have completed projects in the requester's industry. A healthcare automation project goes to consultants with healthcare experience, not generalists.
If the project involves document processing, we match with document processing specialists. If it involves workflow automation with RPA, we match accordingly.
We check in with our network regularly to understand who has bandwidth for new projects. We will never send you a lead when you have told us you are at capacity.
